“We care for
our homes as if we are moving in. We don’t know any
other way to do it. Our business grew out of the passion and
interest we felt from building our own homes.”
NYCO Owner/Builder
— Marc LeBlanc
Walk through a NYCO
home - the difference is in thedetail.
The NYCO difference can be seen in the quality of
finish work. We care about everything we do from end to end
-whether it is installing gutters or framing the house.
Another NYCO difference is that we don’t shy away from the
use of colors. Many new construction projects, they finish
with very neutral colors. Often the same color inside as
out. At NYCO we follow style trends and will sometimes
incorporate up to 9 different colors. We add to that crown
moldings, detailed cupboards, beautiful lighting and back splashes. These are the extra touches that
people are looking for.
At NYCO we
take pride in offering
affordable luxury.
We meet the needs of the first time home buyer, a
young family or couples closer to retirement looking for great
living space but don’t want to downsize on function or
beauty.
Building a NYCO home
is easy.
We know you are
busy. We find ways to simplify the building process and make
sure you are informed. You may have
your own plan or want to choose from one of our stock plans that
can be built as is or as a starting point and customized to meet
your unique needs. From there — we create a contract
and develop a plan which includes a clear list of steps. This
plan outlines key decisions and budget steps that will take you
through the typical 12 week building process.
NYCO Customer Service
you can Trust.
Once your home is built, our service doesn’t
end there. All NYCO homes are warranted through our own
personal warranty for the first 12 months of ownership. After
this period, clients enjoy the protection of the Lux Residential
Home Warranty program which protects your home investment
for an additional 7 years.
NYCO owner Marc
LeBlanc, is dedicated to providing exceptional customer
service.
There are always little unavoidable things like nail
pops or small cracks that can form from the house settling.
“I often hear stories from people who have built homes and
had issues. They complain that they had to call their builder
10 or 11 times before they get a response. I don’t want
to be that builder. I’m there when my customers need
me. I take a great deal of pride in having happy customers
that trust they can rely on me to deliver them a beautiful home
just as they imagined.”
